At Alankaar By Mansi, we believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team with the proper videos of opening the parcel. The request will, however, be entertained once our team has checked and determined the same from our end. This should be reported on the same day of receiving of the products.
- In case of Refund approved, it’ll take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
